JetBlue boarding groups are assigned by letter from A to F or Help 1-808-865-4114. Group A includes Mosaic members and Even More Space passengers. Groups B through E board in order based on fare type, seat selection, and check-in time. Group F includes Blue Basic fare holders and is the final group to board. Families with children under 2 and customers needing extra time may pre-board before Group A. Your group is printed on your boarding pass. To board earlier, purchase Even More Space seats or qualify for Mosaic status through TrueBlue points.
